I know its frustrating to hear 'They Work' but the downloads do. Occasionally its the browser your using, a few times its been mentioned on these forums. Which one are you using?

I downloaded the content below UMA in order. The first few can be downloaded, but the links after Ranger for UMA cannot access the download page.

I have been making the payment for several days now, and I have sent several emails but no one has replied. I don't know where to download it.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but it seems to be the only place I can. I am interested in some of the UMA packs/characters, but require facial expressions and lip sync compatibility. Is this possible with the current version of these models? Also, are there still issues with downloading? I would love to have access to a sample to ensure compatibility with my project before committing to purchase. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

When I try and download the updated UMA hair pack 2 file I get an error that the transfer has expired. I have tried on edge and chrome. Please help. Thanks!

I was able to download it. I'm using Chrome. There is an error on the site about mixed content. By opening the Developer Tools and the Console, I can see the error message and a link is there for the https address for the unity package. Click it and the file will download. Mixed Content: The site at 'https://arteria3d.invisionzone.com/' was loaded over a secure connection, but the file at 'https://arteria-gaming.net/Spartan_UMA_Arteria3d_blahblahblahblah/Spartan_Warrior_UMA_Arteria3d.unitypackage' was redirected through an insecure connection. I'm using Chrome. Some links work fine, some fail without any obvious error. Open your browser's Developer Tools and look at the Console. Mine showed an error about mixed content and serving over an insecure connection. I was able to click the link and download the content I wanted.

Yep, Same. I'm guessing the download server exceeds it's bandwidth limit. That's why downloads periodically work. Just have to keep trying until it's available again. Frustrating i know.

You should have no issue downloading uma content, it is a browser issue that occasionally happens

Hi. I am unable to download anything. I've tried with Firefox and MS Edge. I keep being redirected to a server not found or network error page. I've tried altering the download urls http or https, right clicking and save download link but nothing works. Any ideas ?
